The individual components were carefully examined and clearly optimized at critical points. This means that you always have the best and fastest material on your bike.

The rims are made entirely of carbon. Not only does your heart delight when you look at the scales, when you accelerate quickly, you immediately convert your energy into propulsion. Nothing is given away. The new shape reduces air resistance and thus enables higher speeds with less effort.
To improve puncture protection, you can convert to tubeless tires and increase driving comfort due to the lower air pressures.

With the slim hubs, Shimano's own DIRECT ENGAGEMENT system is convincing. This significantly shortens the idle travel and allows a very direct drive. The high storage quality and the perfect seal ensure smooth operation and a long service life. They are also adjustable and easy to maintain if necessary.
The new freewheel body is made of aluminum and therefore also puts significantly less load on the scales without affecting stability or durability. However, it may only be equipped with the 12-speed Dura Ace cassettes.

Due to the height of the rim of 50 mm, this wheel set feels particularly comfortable at high speeds in flat terrain.
