Q: How many bags can i rent?

A: 25 (Yes, 25 bags consisting of EVOC & Scicon)

Q: What do i have to remove from my bicycle?

A: EVOC - Wheels, Handlebar, Pedal/Cleats

A: Scicon Aerocomfort Road 3.0 - Wheels, Aerobars, Pedal/Cleats (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)

Q: Do i have to give a physical copy of NRIC/Passport?

A: Email, Whatsapp pictures or documents are accepted. (double crossed for bag rental usage only)

Q: Can i fit a road bicycle?

A: Yes

Q: Will i get back my security deposit of RM500.00?

A: Upon returning the bag(s), and in good order, yes.

Q: Why is the security deposit non negotiable?

A: Please check the retail price of this bag. We believe RM500.00 deposit is a fair price.

Q: Can i choose the colour?

A: No, (subject to what colour is available at the time)

Q: Why 7 days?

A: If your trip is 3-5 days, +- 2 days for pickup & delivery of the bags

Q: Anyone rented before from you for 30 days?

A: Yes, touring and ironman training.

Q: Will i look cool at the airport with the bag?

A: Better than with a box (nothing wrong with a box too)

Q: Do you provide pickups and delivery for the bags?

A: Yes, fixed RM80 (one way) or RM150 (2-way)

Q: Do you have a shop?

A: No.

Q: Where do i pickup and return bag?

A: USJ 21 (Nearby Main Place Mall)

A: Will provide upon request
